WHAT IS A CHALLENGE COIN?

Challenge coins represent organizations, units, and teams. They can also represent an achievement, an anniversary or a special event. They build close-knit, lasting bonds between people who receive them and represent unity.

Detailed Protocol

It’s an honor to be given a challenge coin. That’s why it’s important to know the etiquette surrounding these important mementos. When you use challenge coins the right way, you’re contributing to a time-tested tradition that puts camaraderie and membership on the table. Climb4Community Challenge Coins will change the world. Use your network, your identity, your spheres of influence to do your part.

  1.  The rules of the game should be given or explained to everyone given a coin.

  2. Coins are carried at all times, and challenges can be called out anywhere and at any time, with any type of challenge in mind.

  3. *Companies and Organizations - Be creative for Challenges amongst your teams aligning with your core values, wellness programming, and initiatives.

  4. Carry 2+ coins at all times (yours and at least one to share with anyone during your day).

  5. The challenger must clearly state what the challenge is for the person receiving the coin and why.

  6. The Challenge is designed to encourage and support, and sometimes includes friendly bantering.

  7. Your coin indicates honor, so challenge anyone who needs some encouragement and perhaps a daily reminder of why they should meet their challenge goal. Coins are specifically designed to be light, recognizable, and easily carried (even during training).

  8. Share your stories and testimonies with #Climb4Community. We highlight amazing challenges around the world.
